Whether you've had an awesome adventure, achieved a memorable milestone, lost a loved one or you're the keeper of the family kist, it's vital to safeguard these precious memories for the future while you can.
I've always loved listening to people's stories, and in my experience each person has interesting tales to tell. I thoroughly enjoy creating a space for folks to record them accurately, and share them proudly.
Once the personal process is complete, there are several ways to showcase the finished work that suit loved ones close by or far away: Hardcopy printed photo books, old fashioned photo albums and digital albums.
Below are two examples of digital albums created for different occasions, with kind permission from my clients [due to the graphics of the software, these albums can only be viewed on larger screens i.e. tablets and computers]
For Gordon's Memorial, I collected personal photos and messages from all over the world. The finished compilation spanned 2 print volumes and a digital album, and is treasured by his family.
For Capt. Dyer's WWII Memoir, my client, his daughter-in-law, gave me access to his original photo albums, and a history of his experiences as a doctor and POW. The completed work filled 2 print volumes, some of which were couriered overseas to close family members, and a digital album which has inspired his youngest descendants to walk in his footsteps.
