Dragons hold auspicious and inspiring meaning for me, ever since a small boy with a huge imagination told me many years ago about the large green one draped over my roof. 

The lung dragons of Chinese mythology are my particular favourites, maybe because they gain wisdom and enhanced abilities as they grow and age!      

My life experience has held great love and loss, helping me understand how transient and impactful each moment is. 

Four strapping sons and some feline friends also add immeasurably to my character-building (and my sense of humour!). 

It's been through sharing others' stories that I've learned to honour my own,  seeking grace and gratitude in many counted blessings.
